I can't see any reason to waste any time on it. In the end, isn't all we need already here? Would life in space even be sustainable?
I agree with you
fuck space
To let the human race live on and not end it with the unavoidable end of the world.
The moment that humans leave Earth is the moment that they get cancer from space radiation because humans haven't evolved to withstand the true effects of the Sun due to the Earth's Ozone later.
Let me put it to you this way. No matter what happens, as long as we live , our very existence dooms this planet. now matter how many farms we plant, no matter how many mines we dig, we will never sate the devilish thirst of man. If we do not expand into space (which is an entirely possible prospect) society will collapse in on itself, our need for resources greater than our means to provide them. The sooner we are able to expand into space the sooner our we are able to meet our unstoppable and inevitable demand for resources, and the sooner we can preserve human life, prosperity, and our planet.

Yes the universe will surely collapse in on itself before our sun dies and we use up all of our resources. How moronic.
Human life is not worth preserving
