Longtime Anal Cunt guitarist Josh Martin has passed away at age 45 after an escalator accident in Providence. Josh was in the band from 1996 to 2001 and then again from 2006 until frontman Seth Putnam’s death ended the band in 2011. Via WPRI:

Police said the 45-year-old fell off an escalator from the upper level to the food court area around 10:45 p.m. and suffered severe head trauma. He was treated on scene by first responders and taken to Rhode Island Hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
