In recent years, an increasing number of foreigners have been finding jobs in Japan, and not just in humanities and international services roles like teaching and translation. As more non-Japanese workers start joining the general-purpose Japanese workforce, though, some of their Japanese bosses are struggling with the changes to the business landscape, as shown in a recent survey by Japanese employment agency Persol Group.

In a survey of Japanese managers with foreign subordinates, 34.3 percent of the 872 respondents reported that they feel intense stress because of the challenges the situation presents. Moreover, 17.2 percent of the managers of foreign workers said that if they could, they would like to quit their jobs immediately.

Hopefully the Japanese kick the jews put of their country and deport all gaijin, then ban them from staying.
Non-whites should be banned from stepping foot in Japan.

It's a strange thing when I've spoken to people about Japan. They always seem so surprised when I tell them I don't want to live there despite being so fascinated by the country. They can't seem to wrap their head around the idea that my long term presence there would be part of a longer term shifting of the overall culture of the land. The Japanese have their land and it should remain their land. All foreigners should remain at most temporary visitors and they should respect the culture and the people.

Thank goodness Corona has pushed back the Olympics and given them another year to prepare for the hell that is the rest of the world.

While I agree with you, I still must live there. However I also don't plan on continuing my lineage so it's not like anyone will take my immediate place.
When/if I ever move there, and if (big if on this one) I ever find a girl friend, I will make sure to return to the US.
