So Afghanistan just fell to the Taliban.
What're your thoughts on that?
Is the future of Afghanistan grim?
Will we see a resurgence of Al-Qaeda?
*Liberation of Afghanistan
Is the future of Afghanistan grim??? Afghanistan has never not been grim. Most Afghans will not notice any difference.
So long as they stay true to their "you don't bother us and we don't bother you" policy I couldn't care less how many of their women and children they stone to death for wanting to be like the trendy thots abd zoomers in the western world.

I don't think Al-Qaeda is coming back. Taliban will convert the country into a sharia ruled islamic state. It will be awful for the women there, countries will avoid doing business with Afghanistan, and the people will be just as poor as always, but with some people having less rights. If foreign nations stay out of Afghanistan I think Taliban will prefer to maintain status quo of them not being invaded so they can focus on building business relationships with other islamic states and rebuild their country, but this will take a very long time. Villagers in general will notice little to no difference, they're poor and isolated either way just doing their own thing.
