If Star Trek did its homework they should of had Zefram Cochrane base of operation near Houston Texas or Port Canaveral Florida. Another questionable scene in First Contact is how did they Land the rocket if it didn't have legs like Space X? Seriously so much context is missing and the devil is in the details.
