Does anyone else enjoy eating tofu here? Do you have any favorite ways of preparing it?

Personally, I just enjoy soft tofu fried in olive oil, with no other flavorings. Most people hate the taste of unflavored tofu, but I've grown to like it.

Coat it in a flour/egg/breadcrumb sequence and fry it, then dip in either soy sauce or a mixture of soy, hoysin, and oyster sauces.

Miso soup with tofu is really delicious.
Many Japanese eat it for breakfast.

Steamed. Fried tofu tastes too much like a pack of rubber bands

Being a Japanese, I have never liked tofu or any sort of miserable, so called traditional Japanese food either.
I would have been starved to death if McDonald's had not made its way into this country.

I like tofu miso too. >>10 is also good, I love kimchi.
I personally use tofu alot in main courses. It's easier than defrosting meat, better for you, and tastes good.

McDonalds is a poor excuse for food, so that doesn't make much sense. (I assume that the quality of their food is consistently low throughout the world. I've only had it in 4 countries and it's been pretty much the same)

I like to cut up firm tofu into 1 cm cubes and add it to stir fry dishes. I think it is especially good with spicy beef dishes.

mabodofu. I like the packs you can buy where you just add meat and tofu. It's made by house foods i think
