I am tiring of my usual dishes... Can anyone recommend something both delicious AND fairly simple to make?

Today I made a simple stirfry with pork, mushrooms, and vegetables, and ate it with rice.

You could cook some pasta and put canned tomato sauce on it. That's as simple as it gets.

Or, in a related concept, you could cook some rice, and pour canned soup or stew over it, and mix it together to make a sort of rice casserole.

here's a breakfast, two dinners and a desert:

1) mix muesli, chopped banana, some red jam and yogurt.

2) chop up mushrooms, put in a pan on a medium fire, immediately add a glass of cream and lots of pepper. the cream will foam etc... stir every now and then until you're satisfied with the consistency of the mushroom-pepper-cream-sauce. serve sauce on a steak with french fries and a salad.

3) drop pasta in boiling water, start cooking bacon, mix 2 eggs 200grams of shredded young cheese and a glass of cream. when pasta is done add bacon and cheese-egg-cream mix plus salt pepper and nutmeg.

4) 2 glasses of milk, 4 eggs, flour until it looks good and start baking pancakes. pan needs to be super hot. use butter.
