God. Dump the diet. NOW.

Instead of jo-jo dieting, change your lifestyle to a healthier and richer one. Preferably go do a licensed dietitian and work out a proper plan, but that's not necessary as long as you use common sense and educate yourself.

Eat a lot of vegetables and fish. Go organic as often as you can (they give you significantly more nutrients), and eat whole grain products when you can (avoid eating too refined products as much as you can). Eat seasonal food.

If you have one meat-based or fatty meal, have the next one vegetable based, etc. Don't deprive yourself of foods, however eat sensibly.

Do not eat huge portions.
Do not eat huge portions.
No, really. Do not eat huge portions.

Do not eat three huge meals and nothing more in day, have three decent meals a day and two-three healthy snack times a day in between those meals (fruit, small salad, or similar).

In other words, use COMMON SENSE.

Also: Don't just shove the food into yourself a quick as possible either. Enjoy the flavours, scents and sensations.
It takes a while before your stomach registers that you no longer should feel hungry, and thus if you shove the food into yourself you will overeat, on top of missing out on how pleasant good food is.
