Right now, I exercise about 3 times a week and I want to eat more healthily to lose a couple of pounds (so I can cut the binge eating too) but I'm living in Japan and moving to Seoul soon. So any suggestions?

Try to eat a balanced diet. You don't need to overdose on cereals like the American food pyramid suggests, just don't subsist entirely on dead cows and unrefined grains. Get a little of fruit, vegetable, meat, grain, everything. If you already eat Japanese style this shouldn't be a problem.

Cutting red meat entirely out of your diet might be a good idea, too, if you're willing to. Veganism/vegetarianism was a sacrifice I was never willing to make myself, but I only eat seafood, so I get plenty of omega-3 fats and not too much saturated fat. I think it's a pretty healthy way to go.

Avoid processed/packaged/frozen meals, they're generally a lot less healthy then making the equivalents yourself. Also avoid burgers and other American-style fast food. Stuff like bentos and Yoshinoya is probably okay though (but don't order extra sauce)

Eat smaller portions. If you get hunger pangs, eat more high-fiber foods like beans or oatmeal, or healthy snacks like apples and berries (which are also high in fiber.)

And exercising more never hurt anybody. (Well, actually, it probably did, but unless you have a heart defect you have little to worry about.)
