How about a game where you kill dumb stereotypes of Koreans, Vietnamese, Japanese, Russians, Germans and Italians? Oh fuck, that's every WW2 game made in the US to date. And it's not controversial, amusingly enough.

A game where you get points for nuking enemy cities? Theatre Europe for the C64 did this, I think.
