It's on PS4 and next year it will be ported on Switch.
I think it's marvelous and I recommend playing it.

I thought japanese devs didn't like PS4, something about it abandoning the traditional triangle square X O scheme in favor of a more western A B X Y. Or was it PS5?
Looks decent, but I feel like I'm getting too old for videogames. Also I only have PC.

You mean inverting X and O for the Japanese domestic market? That's the PS5.
And A, B, X and Y have a been a staple on Japanese consoles since forever.
