Looks more like an Irate Gamer mockery to me, though a lot of this can be applied to AVGN too. Slightly funny, and man that video quality is shit.

Here is a cool spot review by Irate Gamer, it is the only one I remember. It's pretty nice, but skits get annoying eventually, or if you watch out of order.
