At first I thought Bishop G5 to H6 to pin the queen, but he can just capture your queen instead.
However you can take your rook from E1 to E5 capturing his dark square bishop. Black cannot recapture the bishop with his queen because the king is left undefended. You can then move your Bishop from G5 to F6 blocking the return path for the queen, putting his king in check, and allowing you to capture his queen the next move as he is forced to move his king or block with the bishop from F7, still leaving his queen under attack while your queen is safe as can be.
Therefore, black's optimal move is to let you take the bishop. You are now up a piece, and 4 points total. Black has a better pawn structure for pushing as none of yours are connected and he has 3 connected pawns, but it will not make up for the loss of a bishop unless I am missing something.
