Has anyone noticed that AoT's plot is essentially that of Doom: Repercussions of Evil?

Eren Jaeger waited. The 3DMGs around him blinked and sparked out of the air. There were titans inside the walls. He didn’t see them, but had expected them now for years. His warnings to Cernel Darius were not listenend to and now it was too late. Far too late for now, anyway.
Eren was a 104th Corpse graduate for four years. When he was young he watched the soldiers and he said to mom “I want to be in the Survey Corps mommy.”
Mom said “No! You will BE KILL BY TITANS”
There was a time when he believed her. Then as he got oldered he stopped. But now in the forest beyond the walls he knew there were titans.
“This is Darius” the radio crackered. “You must fight the titans!”
So Eren gotted his sword and cut down the forest.
“HE GOING TO KILL US” said the titans
“I will eat him” said the female titan and she chomped at him with her teeth. Eren sworded at her and tried to cut her neck. But then the tree fell and they were trapped and not able to kill.
“No! I must kill the titans” he shouted
The radio said “No, Eren. You are the titans”
And then Eren was a skeleton.
