seeing as the fansub group "Studio ADTRW" were based there it makes sense to guess that it was mainly used for distribution of subtitled anime, much like many fansub groups still do today. There's also some discussion on the forums (which apparently are dedicated to the fansub group) pertaining to the use of the tracker.

Nothing super special but a nice blast from the past. I also found some cool shit on the internet archive's scrapes of the site:

- a guide to scanalating manga,
- a screenshot of someone playing touhou 8,
- records of some sort of legendary pie fight
- and a small essay on dickgirls.
I also noticed that Shii(?) apparently ran a translation group in ~2004
