I hope you were just pretending to be an idiot.
no i was pretending to be a troll
overrocket?
Daft Punk is house.
Oh, and you might want to check out the avex compilation series We ♥ Tech Para.
By the way, do you require vocals in Japanese?
I'd say go listen to some Hime Trance CDs... MiuMiu is really nice to listen to ^^.
OP here, If there are vocals, that is.
Shit. Actually his later rhythmic stuff is a lot less crap, more within the boundaries of crazy techno. But other than that, shit.
I know Ken Ishii is a Japanese techno guy, but I don't know much about him. But Japan has a great history of technopop / new wave. Here's a big list! Some of this sounds like modern techno music despite being released in the 80s.
Yellow Magic Orchestra (and the solo careers of Ryuichi Sakamoto and Haruomi Hosono, haven't really listened to Yukihiro Takahashi's solo albums yet)
Guernica
Logic System / Hideki Matsutake
Jun Togawa
Yapoos
Yoichiro Yoshikawa
Miharu Koshi
Koji Ueno
P-Model (and frontman Susumu Hirasawa's solo career)
Plastics
Apogee & Perigee
Taeko Onuki's 80s albums
Sandii & The Sunsetz
I'm going now bye!
