Are there such a thing as Japanese only p2p programs? I feel like something like would be dumb, because I think if just simple filesharing p2p programs are all communicating the same way, the files should be able to be found between them all. (Imagine if only certain web browsers could get to certain web sites? WTF!) But in spite of what I think, I heard of something like it before.
I remember someone on some textboard years back mentioned "I use Share to snag Japanese stuff." He talked about "Share" being a Japanese p2p program that I guess was only used by the Japanese, for the Japanese.

Sorry, anyway, my point is, if there is such a thing, you would be more likely to find it in a Japanese p2p community than you here on the English side of the 'net.
