Professor Utonium has a son Ken who is a genius, but bumbles one experiment - giving three random girls superpowers. The girls (13 years of age each) are Momoko, Miyako, and Kaoru. Together, they fight the evils of Mojo JoJo, also the result of the same botched-up experiment.

Not sure who's the target for this one. The very dumbed-down plot and directing makes me think it aimed at kindergartners, but the ED makes me think it's aimed at teenage girls.
Production values fluctuates from medium to high (especially the transformations). My opinion of it also fluctuates: the animation is superior to the original, the overall soundtrack is inferior, the OP song is weak, the ED song is okay, the jokes are kindergarden-level... Meh.
