Go to the dos prompt and type:

> ipconfig /release

This will clear the IP tags identifying you to the 4chan DNS.

If this doesn't work (it doesn't always if your MAC is defabricated), then you will need to open the network connections folder, and clear the objects you find there. You may need to disconnect before you do this.
