There was a really good post on /b/ once with a photo of Dr. Cox with an explanation of why posting "in b4 barrel roll, an hero" doesn't immunize a thread from billions of barrel roll/an hero responses.
also, I secretly suspect all people who use "an hero" are from Encyclopedia Dramatica. but that's another thread.
