We've always had shitty 4channers, hell some of the oldest posts are 4chan users and staff not understanding DQN, but perhaps the way 4channers have fun has changed for the worse since then.
I've always seen DQN as about being clever and pantomiming rather than just regurgitating canned responses as people seem to love to do there.
