I am a proud weeaboo. And I prefer series in a certain way, that I think everyone else over-localises. There are concepts in the Japanese language that cannot be expressed in full capacity with a single word, if any at all, and instead of adapting such words and losing part of the meaning, itfs better to keep it in the Japanese.

Additionally, some words are changed completely. For example, Kaguya says gKaichoh meaning gPresidenth, but the subs show it as gShiroganeh, which she doesnft say at all. Itfs plain incorrect. Honorifics contain a special meaning with each of them, removing them is the highest crime.

For example, if I called someone Shiro-san, that means I respected them. If I called them Shiro-chan, Ifd be close to them, and if I called them Shiro-kun I would look down on them. All three of these would be rendered as gShiroh, but they each contain innate different meanings.
