Seems like people (or maybe just one guy) are working hard to promote 4ch in the latest "Chat in English" thread.

It's more than one person because it's not just me who does mention 4-ch there.
I'd hardly call it "working hard", though. It's simple namedropping.
I am afraid it might get a bit annoying for the users there, though.

Using Japanese in that thread is frowned upon by people.

I've been linking to 4-ch repeatedly. But not frequently. Just that when people kept asking for other boards similar to 2ch i mentioned 4-ch, also, when people asked me how i found the place, i informed them of that it was through 4-ch. And i've been linking to 4-ch the past few threads.

Also, amusingly enough, i have mentioned that i visit 4chan, but nobody got upset when i did that. but pretty much anyone else mentioning it has gotten people annoyed. Either i must have had an interesting timing when nobody noticed, or people just thought i was exaggerating.
