What makes someone "wapanese" (I really hate this term...)

People have been calling me one lately.... what's weird is:

A) I hate anime (OVAs are more enjoyable)
B) I dont like manga
C) Im not an otaku

But.. people call me wapanese because:

A) I do love the japanese culture (Someone introduced when i was five.. people from kyoto lived here)
B) I learn japanese alot.. and speak some of it (Im good at grammar more, just not vocab)
C) I have a japanese screen-name online (Not an anime-ish one.. its something i made up myself)

But what is really a "wapanese?"

Maybe I am one... who knows....

Will people in Japan hate me for it or what? I really want to know...
