It's true. But if you're planning to go and have sex with underaged children, I'd advise you not to. A lot of the "virgins" are artificial, made through surgery so that they can be sold for a premium to foreigners. And aside from foreigners, think of how many people the children have slept with. It's not only immoral, but you may end up catching genital herpes or whatnot as well.
