friend and i are pretty close and have been so for about 6 years; i've known sister for most of that, but we've only become chummy in the last year or so. i think sister and i are at or near that point where it can either settle into a comfortable friendship or pick up into something more. i'm fine with either: friendship is right in my comfort zone, but more would be nice if that's how it goes down.

i think what i need to do is make it very clear that the ball is in sister's court. heck, maybe if i play it just right, sister wil ask friend for permission to date me. :D

seriously though, we're both pretty shy (i think i'm moreso), so pending some friendly neighbourhood matchmaker getting themselves involved it'll probably end up another just friends deal.
