I never said they weren't sexually active physically, they could probably have sex a lot younger, and in an extreme case I read this girl actually had a child when she was like 5-7 (sorry I forgot the exact number but its around there)

But just cuz a person can do something, doesn't mean they should. Being sexually active does not mean they should start having sex. As for you comment about they should do it with an older person that just sounds pedo...

Also just as there are 16 year olds out there with numerous STDs, there are even more older drug dealers with even more STDs.
