WOW!! I dont know what to say... You have one crazy problem going on... How close is your friend? Does he know how you feel about her, do you really know how you feel about her? You have to ask yourself, what is more important, her, or your friend. I my past I have had friends go after the girls that I liked but I care about my friends more so I was mad for a bit, but I would get over it. If he is a close friend you will just move on with your life, enjoy that fact that they are happy.
