First off you should get yourself tested and make sure she's not pregnant before anything else.
You need to let her sort our her personal problems first before anything. She's vulnerable right now, and to be honest, it sounds like you took advantage of that. Back off, be friendly, explain your current position if she asks what's up, but don't do anything relationship-ish until she's back to normal. Otherwise you're both just asking for trouble.
