There is nothing wrong here. I'm a 22 year old female and I'm pursuing a 44 year old male. It seems our feelings are mutual, but I won't make a move because I'm afraid to ruin our friendship and he hasn't yet made a move because of the age difference, (or at least that's what I think is holding him back). Sure, the age difference bothered me at first as well, but my feelings for him shoved those fears into the back of my mind and eventually dissolved them. Seven years is nothing. You are of legal age to do as you please as far as love and sex go and she isn't old enough to be your mother (though obviously that doesn't ultimately matter either), so what's holding you back?
