eBay charges a small listing fee, I think about $0.15, and then charges more for other features like adding more pictures than the default.

If you ask me, running an eBay business where you just buy low and sell high is more trouble than it's worth. If you get into it though, you can also buy things off of woot.com and sell them for higher prices since woot.com products are usually underpriced. Just do your research first.
