beh. She's not the worst person in the world. I've met far, far, far worse people than that.

In some situations, this kind of behaviour can be combated by always being nice no matter what the attacker does. If she swears, spits, etc, don't give much response, just seem a little hurt, and be nice to her the rest of the time. After quite a long time of doing tihs, she would possibly stop. Or it might not work at all- this doesn't work in all cases.
