If you don't usualy wear any jewelery or keep your nails nice, do so. Keeping your hair behind your ears depends entirely upon the person. On some women, it does indeed look a little more feminine, on others, it looks stupid, and adds ugliness. Possibly the most significant point you included was that you feel uncomfortable having it out of your face. This is usualy caused by lack of self confidence/feeling prettyness. When you feel beautiful, you give off a much more attractive impression. Unless, of course, you're giving off the cute 'shy girl' impression, which is good, but rare. Posture, mannerisms, etc have a lot to do with it. I suggest looking at women you think are feminine and pretty, and trying to notice differences in the way the conduct themselves with the way you do.
