OP here. There is no stopping this guy with conventional weapons. I've called the landlord about the smoking, he just says he isn't and she believes him. I tell her about the leaving the sink full a dishes, never cleaning up after himself, and just generally being a burden to everyone els; and she just tells us to work it out. This is quickly becoming a HIM or ME situation. Fuck this fat fuck. He has started borrowing my laptop to "apply for jobs online" and just looks at porn for a few hours until I ask for it back. This guy has already pawned almost everything he owns just to stay here. I can't wait to see were this will go when his rope runs out.
