Just curious, are you a Capricorn? (I'm into astrology lately and I read somewhere this is a trait of the sign... I'm not sure whether I believe astrology is BS or not.) I'm one and I have the same problem.

It's really frustrating, isn't it? Even if I have the desire to do something, I spend more time thinking about doing it or that I haven't done it etc and in the end just kinda give up.
