Hi there.

I've been through something similar myself.
Well, I say similar. I mean the same thing. Exactly the same.

I find the only thing that would make me happy is talking to my ex, but I know that's not what he wants to do, (and not what you'd want to do either so I guess it doesn't really help). To make it worse he hates me and I think one reason we broke up was because - as I've just discovered - he followed a lot of bad advice on the internet rather than just talking to me about his problems. It's been months and it still hurts just as much as before.

I wish I could give you advice. I've done a lot of stupid things I wouldn't advise. All I can suggest is:
Just remember the things that have made you happy and do them; MMOs or long walks or Bob Marley or anything. It will at least temporarily help to block out some of the stress. If there's something you miss, work on getting it back. If there's something new you want in your life, make it your mission to get it. Occupy yourself with the things that brought you happiness; even if you don't think it will make you feel better, surrounding yourself with good memories will take your mind off your problems.

I think this is basically the end of the road for me, but hopefully things will get better for you. Try not to feel too lonely. There are always people that care about you.
