My Google Chrome with 172 tabs uses just 2%. It had terrible visual lags and was using up to 11% in "spikes" last night, but as it turned out a crappy battlelog plugin was responsible for this. As soon as I killed it, my chrome was as good as new.

I was unable to wake up all day because there was so little sunlight because of the snowfall.
