Well, that really depends on what you define as a post. Is the post the letters you see on your screen? Is it the letters >>13 typed into the post field on his end? Is it the encoded form stored in 4-ch's database? If it's the first case, then that certainly is a post, and you are rightfully outraged. If it's one of the latter two, what you see on the screen isn't actually a post, and >>13 has kept in the original spirit of The Treachery of Images.

Of course, it could also be argued that Duchamp meant to provoke discussion and argument about the relation of representations to the things they represent, in which case the definition of a post doesn't matter, but >>13's intentions do.
