'!?' vs. '?!' [Discuss!] (15)

When you want to express both interrogation and exclamation 'at the same time' in writing, using a language in which '!' stands for 'exclamation' and '?' stands for 'interrogation', and assuming that using a single symbol for both is not and option...

Is it better to use '!?' or '?!' ?

Multiple !s and ?s are almost always unacceptable, both on their own and together.

You simply use an !. You eschew the ? in place of a !.
