I guess I've gotten into drawing a little recently? That's something.
I pretty much only do line art.

I'm also extremely colourblind, so I don't really like working with colours.
I've tried before, and I just end up painting the sky lilac or something.
That can be nice, but may also not be what I was going for.
I'd rather have more control over the art I make.
I should do more drawing.
Until now, I've almost always done drawing from references.
It's probably time I branched out into doing stuff from my imagination.
I've done it once or twice, and the results have been pretty good.
I never really learned perspective or anatomy stuff, I just have an eye for what looks right and what doesn't.
Perhaps I should look into those more seriously before trying anything.
Or perhaps not. The best way to learn is by doing, and all that.
I've had a few ideas of things I'd like to draw.
I guess I just need to sit down and actually do it.
Perhaps I'll try and do something tonight.

Sometimes I fear for the moment where my workplace catches on to the fact that I spent most of the day not doing any work at all.
I spend so much time worrying about it that I end up not doing any work at all anyway
I guess with all the performance evaluation stuff management uses with fuzzy metrics and self-evaluations, constant surveillance by managers and peers, all that "friendly boss" nonsense, an infinitely dense hierarchy of worker-managers, it's bound to provoke some anxiety in someone, but I'm an outlier I bet.
I know what you mean, I skive in the morning but then stay up late to catch up on the work I said I'd get done
A place I used to work at had heat sensors under each person's desk, so you could see who was at their desks for how long each day
They said it was just for demonstration of our smart office software and they were actually going top monitor us
I'd never worked somewhere that had like an HR department, I made a couple of mild blue jokes and people were really shocked...
A few weeks in I went to lunch one day with one of the other junior employees that seemed pretty sound and said "Haha I'm quite tickled by the idea that my boss is keeping an eye on the temperature of my balls!" and he said EVEN THOUGH we're on lunch break I could still go to HR about that!!
