If you really mean 'served', as in a meal presented for consumption, I'd go with any kind of dish that is designed for presentation and is 'bite-sized'. That is one of the reasons sushi does so well when served on a naked girl, it can be presented in a appealing manner and be eating with as little work as possible by the consumer.
If you mean 'served', as in eating stuff off of a naked woman, I'll assume this is a sex game and you'll want foods that tactilely(sp?) pleasing to the girl such as hot and/or cold. Since this a game you want a certain measure of control as well, such as food that comes in a 'squeezable' container like various sauces/condiments. One of the reasons whipped cream and chocolate are popular. Plus you'll want to be inventive with it's use, like playing word games and such.
So for presentation, things that can bee eaten in 'bite-size' portions and for sex games, hot and/or cold chocolate sauce/syrup

In complete seriousness:
I'd go to a recipe site and search for appetizers. They're usually great to eat with your hands and as long as you'd find something not too messy you should be set.
California rolls and any other kind of sushi rolls should work good too.
But if you're going for romance instead of performance art, I'd stick to fruit and small cakes. I'd use the "would I want to kiss her after munching a giant plate of it" rule right there.
