Good meat will be a difficult thing to cook with in his situation probably, unless he has a kitchen equipped with the basics - oven, range, etc. Microwaved meat isn't going to be very good, taste and often nutrition-wise. Not to mention good meat is pretty expensive usually.

I'm still going to disagree with you on the poptarts. There are some chips even I'm ok with, but the poptarts really have nothing good in them.
