pretty much any modern arcade game tbh. densha de go also has a spot here for sure, but all the sega/konami mahjong arcade cabinets (mahjong fight club, sega net mahjong), anything bemani or rhythm game (some of these have been spreading through SEA and US arcade chains lately though), especially bishi bashi, scotto and magical quiz academy

There are a ton of visual novels and smaller titles that never left Japan. Cathrine full body comes to mind.
