Well, for me it depends on how much time I have and whatnot. Like now, during the summer, when I'm not going to school and have the entire day to myself I could very well do it up to 4 times in a day but the average is probably 2, maybe 2.5 over a week. It also depends on what I'm doing, like reading manga seems to make me horny all the time ^_^
