Today about 15thousand + demonstrate in guatemala against corruption in goverment, and it whas registered that celphones and wireless conection was irregular during the demonstration we wonder if it whas the goverment censoring us they put this antenas with cameras we do not know can someone help whit this??

It's more likely than you think
basically every 1st or 2nd world country has the ability to do this so its not that surprising
radio jammers. if its a very powerful one then you would have to move far away (usually jams a circular area). if its a shitty one then you wont have to move that far. another factor would be the tower itself if someone is messing with the cellular towers power and what not.
believe it is possible to obtain a weak one, but in most first world countries even using a weak one and getting caught/detected will get you into a lot of trouble.
take this information with a grain of salt, i probably am not 100% accurate.
