Are any of you guys at university as well? How is/was it?

Great. Met loads of interesting people from all over the place and made a heap of friends many of who I still keep in touch with.

I started this year, lucked out finding some good friends early by being in the drumline. There's a lot of characters on this campus...

In my third year. Haven't made any friends or spent any unrequired time with other people yet except for eating lunch with a classmate once last year. I get good grades, but feel pretty bad considering the campus is so small that everyone is supposed to know each other. I think simply working a job is preferable, even if it's harder work.

I went a few years ago, it was bad

I'm attending my 5th year at undergraduate, it's been difficult but well worth it. It's helped me develop as a person and taught me invaluable lessons from all the experiences, not all good ones but important nonetheless. The education isn't perfect, but better than I could achieve on my own.

I know I'm going to miss it when I graduate, but I'm excited to finish soon so I can start working and make real money as I'm currently broke. At the same time I'm still not looking forward to the "real world"

PC shitholes. College sucks. I'd rather off myself.

There's got to be at least a few people around that have similar enough tastes for you to be friends with. It's nice having buddies to walk around/study/drink with.

If you jumped off a building as readily as you jump to conclusions you wouldn't have made it to 13. Maybe you'll make it to 14.

I just started last week. It's okay so far. I'm going back after dropping out, so I need to finish a year at CC before transferring to a real university. I don't know how to make friends with anyone, but I talk to some people who sit near me in class sometimes.

I just started going back to CC. Just trying to keep my head down and get good grades so I can get out of here. I feel embarrassed to be here. A lot of high-school students who are overachievers that got bumped up for a class or two they did well in. It makes me feel a little bad.
