We don't really have a "Finance" board so I'll put this here. For those who don't know, in the US, companies are required to file an annual document called a 10-K, in which they provide detailed information about the company that is relevant to investors, such as organizational structure, planning, earnings per share, etc. I want to know what(if any) equivalent the countries of other anons have to this form, and where they can be accessed. This is part curiosity and part doing me a favor, because I might consider investing in foreign markets soon.
