Do any of you guys keep dream journals? At some point I started having really vivid and interesting dreams so I started documenting my dreams. I also sleep a lot, around 10 to 12 hours a day.
No. The only thing I know of that relates to a dream journal is a PS1 game called LSD that was only released in Japan.
As for me I only remember my dreams for a long time if something major happened in them.
>>2 I think the idea is if you keep a dream journal and write down your dreams each morning, you get better at remembering them. Eventually you can train yourself to lucid dream

Yes, that's the idea, you eventually have more control in your dreams. I also write down some notes on my phone when I wake up in the middle of the night to help me remember in the morning. Even then I still forget a lot of dreams.
They say you have loads of dreams every night and you only remember one or two, if at all
I did write AWAKE on my arm for a few months one time to try and train myself to look at my arm in my dreams and check if I was dreaming. I managed to do it one time but woke up straight away because I got excited in my dream that I was doing it
Yeah i had a pretty bizarre dream the other night so i was at the high school i used to go to i was in a room with a teacher and a table full of guns he asked me to pick two and follow him i picked a rifle and a pistol the pistol was very heavy for some reason i keep following him until i loose him i look to my left and see bags full of corpses i look to the right and see a room with a open door i got inside and found more corpses i get approached by a man wearing a medical suit and a woman behind me i try talking to the man but he refuses to answer me i leave the room and continue walking the corridors i look out the window and see my high school friends all bald and talking to each other in another room i tilt my head to the right and see three people electrocuted and hanging from the wall i ran outside to see what is happening but then i wake up
