Why would you create a new textboard when 4-ch is perfectly fine? At least this place has some activity and isn't completely extinct. Your site would probably never get any users and if people from here went over there it would just kill 4-ch which is one of the internet's historic websites. This place should be memorialized, made into a world heritage site, not replaced. If your interested in textboards, then just keep using this one and bully your friends and family into using it. Making a new textboard is as pointless as making a new sail boat or a new mini computer or a new dummy phone. Why make a new version of something obsolete when you can use this right here?
