Gotta agree here. Aside from maybe email, nothing has done more to help bosses encroach on your free time than smartphones. Before you know it, your texting, calling, and mailing them well after you clocked out. You'll be enjoying your weekened only for that thing to start pining. Quitting my job and getting rid of that fucking smartphone was one of the best things I did.
